We finalize your design plans, pull all necessary permits from the City of Mississauga, and order all materials so they arrive exactly when we need them. We also schedule your rough-in inspections with the city and coordinate with our trusted trade partners—electricians, plumbers, and HVAC specialists—to ensure everyone is locked in and ready to go. On day one, we arrive on time, lay down floor protection, set up dust barriers, and walk you through the entire build schedule. No chaos. No confusion. Just a clean, organized start.

This is where your basement begins to take shape behind the walls. Our team frames the new layout, installs all electrical wiring, runs plumbing for bathrooms and wet bars, and routes HVAC ducts for proper heating and cooling. We also add insulation and vapour barriers to keep your basement comfortable and energy-efficient year-round. Once the rough-ins are complete, the City of Mississauga conducts their mandatory inspections—and because we know exactly what they're looking for, we pass every time. You won't see the finished product yet, but this phase is the backbone of your entire renovation, and we do it right the first time.
